Gail Esau

Gail Esau has travelled extensively before obtaining her BFA in 1989 from York University. She studied Anatomy for the Artist at University of Toronto.  Working with cadavers left a lasting impression and inspired a collection of animal bones that frequent her work. Her unique figurative sculptures and assemblages capture a moment in time or a situation that has left a memory she wants to retain.  Gail’s work has been shown in numerous exhibitions including the MacLaren Art Gallery, TOAE and Bau-Xi Gallery Vancouver and Toronto. She presently works from her studio in Churchill, Ontario

Christina Luck

Christina is a painter and sculptor with a studio in Cookstown Ontario. She has a BFA in Visual Arts from York University, and since the early 80’s has shown her work at numerous public and commercial galleries including Leo Kamen, Prime Gallery, and David Kaye Gallery, and is found in many collections including collections of CIBC, Four Seasons Hotels, DFAIT, and Canada Council Art Bank. A visual story teller inspired by the drama in everyday life, her most recent work is shifting towards the abstract. Christina spent 8 years as principle set designer at South Simcoe Theatre, and for 9 years produced Four Play, an annual event that showcases new writing for the stage. She has spearheaded several community art projects in Cookstown and teaches art to all ages.

Tim Laurin

Tim Laurin graduated from Sheridan College School of Design, Mississauga in 1985. He furthered his studies in painting and printmaking at Georgian College in Barrie, Ontario, and also completed master classes with notable artists Joanne Tod, Tim Zuck and Eric Fischl. He has exhibited throughout North America and internationally, including a 2009 exhibition at the MacLaren Art Centre in Barrie. His award-winning work is included in collections of the Royal Ontario Museum and the Corning Museum of Glass, New York. Originally working in sculpture and painting, Laurin’s current focus is on traditional and non-traditional print media.

Jeanette Luchese

Jeanette Luchese a First Generation Italian - Canadian interdisciplinary artist has exhibited abroad and nationally at numerous public galleries including the macLaren Art Centre, Quest Art Gallery, and Campus Gallery engaging themes that grapple with notions of identity, perception, and memory. A grant recipient of the Ontario Art Council and the City of Barrie Culture Department, with numerous awards. Jeanette creates within the disciplines of drawing, printmaking, painting, sound art and sculpture.  A graduate of Sheridan College of Design: a Professional Graphic Designer and a graduate of Georgian College Advance Fine Art, Barrie, Ontario has been creating sculptural works since 2010 with her first public art pieces included in The BlueWater International Sculpture Exhibition — "What day is it" in Port Huron, Michigan, USA accompanied by 'Unconditional Love' in Sarnia, Ontario, Canada.
